Project: Big Box Maidstone

Project description: Bespoke self storage warehouse extension, providing 1,450m2 floor area on each of the three floors.
 
This new facility for Big Box Storage is a portal steel frame with composite cladding. The building uses the latest techniques to comply with building regulations. All of the engineering was developed between Cole Construct and Brian Page Associates with their in-house engineer.

This partnership provided a complete service to the client and savings made were passed onto the client in the overall project costs.
