Project: Supercups

The development was a design and build scheme to construct a bespoke industrial building providing 420m² of warehouse/workshop space and 280m² of ancillary office space over two floors, providing Supercups Vending with a new prestigious office and storage facility.

Cole Construct’s innovative approach to the project ensured that the new facility was designed with the client’s operational needs in mind.   This coupled with the extensive experience of our team enabled us to deliver a solution, that was highly cost effective, offered a superb fit for purpose building and ‘best practice’ methods of sustainable construction.

The buildings sustainability credentials also played a big part in the design planning stage and we have achieved a highly prized B rating on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)." which is higher than that achieved by any of the other local recently constructed buildings.

The building has been shortlisted for an award by the local authority building control, which is testament to the quality of the construction.
