Project: The Glenmore Centre

The Glenmore Centre Phase 1, contains 12 new units, providing 1269 m2 of industrial, storage and office space.

The design of these units is clean and contemporary, offering the occupants a light and airy interior.  The units are steel portal frame construction with a mix of profile metal cladding and composite panels.  Each unit is provided with a first floor storage area, suitable for upgrading to office space, subject to relevant consents.

One of the more challenging aspects of the scheme is the below ground conditions.  The site is a former landfill, but with our expert engineering consultant one of the foremost experts in ground improvement methods in this country, we have been able come up with an innovative solution.
