Project: Glenmore Business Park

Working alongside Househam Henderson Architects this scheme involved the development of 3 blocks containing a total of 16 units providing 1850m2 of industrial, warehouse and office space set within a landscaped business park.

This project represents the second scheme undertaken for Glenmore Commercial Estates Ltd. The scheme provides high quality, contemporary, steel portal frame units. The facades are a combination of brickwork up to 2.4m with a mix of profile metal cladding and composite panels above.
One of the more challenging aspects of the scheme was the drainage, but using our innovative approach we were able to find a solution that was acceptable to the Environment Agency and Waterbeach Internal Drainage Board, while being a cost effective solution for our client.
