Glenmore Centre, Waterbeach, Cambridge

Glenmore Investments Ltd, a developer of good quality small industrial units have been so impressed with our work and pricing at The Glenmore Centre, Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester that they have awarded Cole Construct the Design and Build contract for their latest development in Cambridge.

The proposed scheme designed by Hampshire based Architects, Househam Henderson, is situated on the former Duffield Volvo site to the east of Waterbeach and south of Cambridgeshire on the busy A10 road to Ely.

The Waterbeach Glenmore Centre Phase 1 comprises the construction of 10 new industrial / business units arranged in 2 blocks. The units are steel portal frame with high quality cladding and each unit is provided with a first floor mezzanine area, suitable for upgrading to office space.

We are due to commence on site 22nd March 2010.
