Medical Centre, Gillingham, Kent
A design and build scheme to construct a new local medical centre in Gillingham, Kent. The works involved creating the site for the installation of the new Portakabin modular building system. This included:
- Pad foundations
- Foul drainage and storm water drainage
- BT/EDF/ WATER/GAS services connections through the site
- Tarmac car park
- Kerbs
- Footpaths
- Line marking, fencing and bollards
Works were completed in a confined area within a short programme period, and were completed within the client's budget.
