New temporary teaching facility at Evelyn Grace Academy, Brixton, London.
Our works involved creating the site for the installation of the new Portakabin modular building system. This included:
• Site survey, ground investigation and soil reports
• Pad foundations
• Foul and storm water drainage
• Electrical and water services connections through the site
• External surfacing
• Fencing and hoardings
The works were completed within a short programme period and within the client's budget.
