The Glenmore Centre, Waterbeach, Cambridge
Glenmore Commercial Estates Ltd appoints Cole Construct for another one of their prestigious developments.
The new development of business and light industrial units designed by Househam Henderson Architects is located adjacent to the A10 just to the north of Cambridge on a two acre landscaped site.
Phase one comprises 16 high quality units, arranged in three blocks with unit sizes ranging from 93m2 (1001 sq ft) to 440m2 (9735 sq ft), providing 2494m2 of industrial, storage and office space.
The units are steel portal frame construction with profile metal cladding above a 2.4m face brick wall. There is a blockwork inner skin to the underside of the mezzanine and each unit is provided with a first floor storage area, suitable for upgrading to office space.
The project is due for completion in December 2010.
